Knit Crib
What are some decorating ideas using knit blankets and quilts?
After my children were born many family and friends generously made knit blankets and quilts for their rooms. I have so many beautiful items and would like to show them off (I know that I can donate them, and I possibly will donate a few but I won’t do that for a few years so that I don’t offend people by giving away something they made with my kids in mind).
I have a 3 year old and put a quilt on the end of his bed. But he has at least 2 knit blankets that I would still like to show off. And I have a baby girl, whose blankets and quilt aren’t being used because I can’t hang them off her crib (for safety and health reasons). How can I use these items to decorate their rooms?
Interesting question. Sorry I don’t have any good ideas for you unless you have them folded and put on a shelf that you can see when you walk in the room.
