Bedding, I like C.
Carseats, I like the Graco-35. Then the Chicco 30. Both go to 30+ lbs so it’s sure to last baby through the first year, and then you can get something like Graco My-Ride to keep rear facing past that first year. Of the ones you listed, the Baby Trend is the safest though, but the seat-belt harness for the baby is a pain in the neck, just warning you. I tried it out in the store.
As far as bouncers… I would try it out first. My daughter HATED bouncers, and only liked swings. I know other babies who love both, and some who hate swings but love bouncers. You don’t need them at first though, so it’s not like there’s a rush there. Of those 3 though, B looks least likely to tip, so I’d consider that one more.
