My grandmother made me a satin blanket. I loved. Made with Barbasola Satin? Have you heard of it? I must be spelling it wrong but my blanket is worn from 28 years of lots of use. I need a new blanket but it must be made with this same material. Its warm in the winter and cool in the summer. She quilted it. any advise would be great.

No, I have never heard of it. It sounds very nice, though. Try going to a fabric store, and asking about it there. They are professionals, so you would probably get a lot of information about the satin, and where to buy it, and how to make it.
